The Quiet Power of the 1%: No Hype, No Tribe, Just Results

You don’t need a tribe of raving fans; you want an inner circle.

It took me a long time to understand this because I was sold the idea that all you needed to do was “grow an enormous tribe and sell to them.”

I was also sold the idea that you MUST go all Gary V and attempt to break the internet.

This always felt exhausting to me, also I’ve never been able to achieve the massive tribe thing, no matter how hard I tried.

But I get it now.

I was forcing myself to grow a tribe when all I ever truly wanted was an inner circle of high-level badasses who TRULY understood what I was about.

I have a deeper understanding of my 1%-ers than I have ever had in my life, and I know they are not followers, they are leaders, and they don’t DO tribes.

They’re not interested in being part of a group of followers.

They’re here to LEAD.

These are my people.

There are fewer leaders than there are followers in this world of ours; they are discerning, quiet and know when to act.

I am doing the best work OF my life right now because I followed one simple rule.

THIS – to the exclusion of everything else.

What is THIS?

Well…..it’s the way I choose to do business completely on my terms.

Tomorrow morning is Monday here in Australia, and just now, as I was plugging meetings and tasks into my weekly planner, it dawned on me how different Mondays are these days.

I don’t need to think about my next offer, because I only have one.

I don’t need to think about how I will market my offer or client acquisition because I already have a system that works FOR me.

I will record my podcast.

I will write a post for my socials (because your girl loves to express herself through words).

I will send out an email with the same message.

I will check in with my masterminders and private clients.

And that will be my “work” for the day – all told, this is likely to be 90 minutes of work at the most.

My calendar shows my mastermind and private calls along with some sales calls for Tues & Thurs (my mentoring days).

Wednesday & Friday I’m free to do as I like.

There is no need to reinvent the wheel every month.

I’m supported by high-ticket monthly recurring revenue.

My marketing feels as fabulous as my offers, and it delivers.

I’m free from busy work and TRYING to figure things out.

Things ARE figured out.

Each step in my process has been developed with precision and executed with absolute joy.

Business can be this simple.

My masterminders are building their systems with the same precision and finding the same joy in their work.

The biggest hurdle to overcome is knowing who you’re speaking to and how to get their attention.
The smallest shift in messaging can create seismic shifts.

I have one masterminder who could not get things converting for her, even though she is BRILLIANT – once inside my world, I was able to show her why she wasn’t converting…and now? Her business is strong, steady, and powerful, with a crystal clear message that converts with ease.

Last week, I onboarded a new masterminder and she told me how much she has enjoyed the mastermind content. She told me that my modules are so completely different from anything else on the market and that while I have frameworks, it is very clear that there is no cut-and-paste method.

It’s true.

There IS nothing like my mastermind.

I don’t want you to copy what I do.
