STEP 1: Solid Foundations

Before you pass GO, you must have your feet firmly underneath you; otherwise, you'll be building on a rocky foundation that cannot sustain growth.

Your Foundations Include Things Like:

You - Who are you, and what do you stand for in your industry/niche?

Your Brand - What is your vibe? How do you articulate this in your brand look and feel?

Your Value Proposition - Why should the humans invest in you? What's in it for them?

Your Signature offer - What problem do you solve, and how do you solve it? Your offer should meet a need in the marketplace.

Your Core Message Pillars & Content Strategy - Visibility is important; when you show up, what are you talking about, and how does that drive sales?

Your Market - Who is the best fit for your offers? Are these people easily accessible online and can they afford you?

Your Client Acquisition & Sales Processes - The bridge between content creation and making sales. Often, there is very little thought about this and why most coaches fail to make money.

Your Marketing Strategy - Organic content + hope is NOT a marketing strategy. You must know how to reach your desired audience and cause them to act.

You may feel as though you've done this stuff to death, and you JUST want to get on with the money-making stuff, but without these foundations in place, the money-making stuff doesn't happen.

Building your foundations doesn't need to take long, but it must be done.
