IF what the coaching companies taught worked…this wouldn’t be the case.
So we’re not doing it the way the masses do it.

WEEK ONE - GET YOUR HEAD IN THE GAME
In week one, you'll create your business vision for the next 12 months. and create the mindset practices you'll need in place to ensure you stay the course and bring that vision to life.
WEEK TWO - DEFINING YOUR ZONE OF GENIUS
It's highly likely that you're great at many things, and this is what keeps many coaches stuck and changing tack at the drop of a hat. Successful coaches work deep in their zone of genius, the one thing they're exceptional at but often overlook because it comes so naturally to them. I will help you to uncover your zone of genius so you NEVER feel out of your depth and know without a doubt that you can deliver on your promise.
WEEK THREE - KNOW THE PROBLEM YOU'RE SOLVING
Coaching offers that solve a specific problem in a specific market sell well because we can create tangible outcomes that are easy to see. A business coach who can work with "any business" can never compete with a specialist coach who provides solves a specific problem and provides a much-desired outcome. In week three, I will help you gain the clarity you need to pull this together.
WEEK FOUR - WHO HAS THE PROBLEM
This is a follow on from week three, where we dive deeper into your niche to uncover the exact type of client you want to work with and why. This will enable you to speak directly to your ideal clients and target this section of your market with paid traffic when we get to that part of the program in a few weeks.
WEEK FIVE - YOUR SUCCESS FRAMEWORK
Another key component to a well-selling offer is being able to provide evidence of the "how". Whether you're aware of it or not, you DO have a success framework ie, a way to take your clients from zero to success. Clearly articulating your success framework will give your clients confidence in your product, and it will give YOU confidence in your product. Knowing the steps you will take to help your client achieve success will keep you and your clients on track and seeing real progress.
WEEK SIX - YOUR HIGH-TICKET OFFER
Over the previous four weeks, you've been creating the foundation for your offer; in week six, we pull it all together, finalise your high-ticket offer and get it ready to go to market. I'll guide you through sales copy and sales page design to ensure your digital asset reflects the high calibre of your offer and is appealing to your market.
WEEK SEVEN - YOUR SALES PROCESS
Most coaches have no idea how to effectively sell their offers and can go for months without a single sales conversation or run sales call after sales call and be repeatedly told, "I can't afford it". Developing a sound and effective sales process is critical if you want to sell high-ticket coaching offers. There are many ways we can do this. In week seven, I will share with you the most effective sales processes for our industry and help you develop the process that feels best for you and your product.
WEEK EIGHT - YOUR LEAD PROCESS
If you don't have coaching leads, you don't have a business, or you won't for very long. The quality of those leads will make or break your business. In week eight, I'll guide you in developing the perfect lead process for your business.
WEEK NINE - CATCH UP WEEK
By this time in the program, you'll need a respite and a chance to catch up on anything you've fallen behind with. I'll be on hand to help you catch up and to provide anything you need to be ready for week ten...launch week!
WEEK TEN - PREPARING FOR LAUNCH WEEK
Launch week is now very close, and it's going to be super important for you to feel organised and on top of things. This week, you'll be developing your ad copy and images for your paid traffic campaign and getting your ducks in a row so you're ready to pull the trigger on your campaign next week.
WEEK ELEVEN - LAUNCH WEEK
This is where all of your hard work comes together! You will launch your paid traffic campaign to bring high-quality leads into your business so you can move them through your sales process and start signing new clients.
WEEK TWELVE - OPTIMISING & TROUBLESHOOTING
By this stage, you'll have a week of data for us to work with. If things aren't working, we fix them; if things are working, we continue to optimise them. You'll also learn how to troubleshoot and optimise on your own.

TWELVE LIVE CALLS OVER 12 WEEKS: In my experience, it's important to create momentum and positive pressure to keep moving forward...so you get a result. This is why we will catch up on group calls every single week of the program. These calls will consist of the specific action plan for the week and Q&A.
THREE HUSTLE DAYS: There will be times you fall behind or feel overwhelmed; that's just the nature of any launch, but one of the ways I can ensure you always have an opportunity to catch up is to provide you with live, virtual hustle days.
A Hustle Day is when I turn on my Zoom from 8 am to 2 pm and make myself available to help you with anything you need.
These days are great to stay at your desk and get shit done knowing you can jump on the call at any time if you feel stuck or need some feedback.
FACEBOOK SUPPORT GROUP: The Facebook Group is a place for you to get your questions answered, get feedback and share your wins.
I am in the group daily from Monday to Friday, the entire time the program is running, to ensure you have everything you need to be successful.
LIFETIME ACCESS: Once the program is complete you will have lifetime access to all of the lessons and the FB Group.

IF CAN'T MAKE THE CALLS: I've been running programs like this for well over a decade, and I also run a global company, so my clients come to me from across all time zones, which means sometimes people can't make the live call times.
If that's you, please don't worry; you'll simply watch the replay as soon as you can and then, if you have any questions, you'll tag me inside the group, and I'll jump in and answer your question for you so you can keep moving.
You will also have the opportunity to jump on live during the hustle days, as I'm available for 6 hours, and most of my UK clients (our worst time zone match) can manage to jump on for an hour or two.

Hi there, I'm Michelle,
For the past three decades (yes, that long), I've worked in the coaching business space. I started my first online business before the internet had even really caught on, and have ridden that wave ever since. Here's a little more about me:
I have a highly strategic brain and a knack for helping coaches become successful and after decades of coaching humans, I know how to get the very best out of my clients so they achieve big results.
I love nothing more than helping coaches and industry experts to take what they know and get it out to the world via the internet so they can help more people. By doing this I feel I'm making an even bigger impact than I could on my own.
I've trained in Martial Arts since I was 22 and hold my 5th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo. I've owned a Martial Arts School (bricks-n-mortar business) plus online fitness businesses before becoming a Results accredited coach in 1991.
I'm a mother of two grown-up kids who were my biggest teachers and who I'm immensely proud of. And I'm blessed to have a fabulous posse of girlfriends who I know have my back.
I love luxury, sweating it out at the gym, traveling, journaling every day, walks on the ocean, my online community, and spending time with the love of my life Dave (not necessarily in that order of course!).
